Well seasoned and with a lot of local contacts, Mary Noble Braden did a great job of seeing to the little things that need attention. The communication was excellent. You were never left in doubt as to where things stood. This is to be commended as this seems to be a lost art. She and her staff are definitely a cut above the average that you many time encounter.
